Come join Chef Anne Hynes and celebrate the bright, bold flavours of Japanese Izakaya. Tonight we make small plates of bold flavours beginning withĀ Spicy EdamameĀ (with Togarashi and Maldon Salt); VeggieĀ Gyoza with dipping sauce;Ā Sunomono; Yaki Onigiri with Miso Butter;Ā Nasu Dengaku Eggplant (Camelized Miso glazed Eggplant); Veggie Katsu Curry; and the fluffliest Japanese Cotton Cheesecake with Raspberries to end our evening.

Wine pairings, a red and a white pairing, are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.
