At Cookery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your kitchen essentials; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed upon inspection.
